organisation to take sound decisions.
Role overview
Heading the Finance - Decision Support team, you will lead the financial planning and budgeting process in line with the organisation overall financial strategy, provide senior managers and directors across the organisation financial information, analysis and Key Performance Indicators which enable them to take sound decisions. You will lead improvement in financial grant management and be the champion for full cost recovery.

You will report to the Executive Director - Finance
and Corporate Services. You will work closely with senior managers
across the organisation and with the Executive director -Programmes.

Skills, qualifications and experience
The
ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or
equivalent) and bring significant experience and a track record in
leading effective and user-driven planning, budgeting and reporting
process in a large international organisation. You will have extensive
knowledge of grant and contract management. You will be passionate about
improving data quality and driving organisational performance. As an
experienced leader, you will be effective at developing strong
relationships with teams across the organization.Skills, qualifications and experience
